Philosophy
Keechi (kee-chi) Creek is a 5 mile river in Palo Pinto County, Texas that begins 2 miles east of Graford and empties northwest of Mineral Wells, into the Brazos River. You may even pass a Keechi Creek sign on Interstate 45 on the way to Dallas from Houston. So what do a Texas river and a home building company have to do with each other?
Keechi Creek Builders was founded by Brandon & Sheri Lynch in 2007. They named the company after the creek where Brandon created many childhood memories with his family in rural Texas. The company’s tag line is ‘Your Official Resource for Improving Your Quality of Life’. Brandon Lynch founded Keechi Creek Builders after graduating from Texas A&M University with an engineering degree in 2001. He was recruited by a volume and custom home builder in Houston and started in a field position. He quickly excelled in his field and project management roles, where he managed $20-30 million on the ground at one time.
Brandon’s passion for quality building combined with his natural entrepreneurial spirit, led him to create Keechi Creek Builders in 2007. Within thirty days of starting his own company, he had his first contract for a custom home. Since then, Keechi Creek Builders has built a variety of custom homes and remodel projects in the metropolitan Houston area.
Although we have experience in many types of projects, we specialize in bringing quality and innovation to every project, whether it’s new construction or remodeling. Keechi Creek Builders is an EPA Lead-Safe Certified firm and is a member in good standing with the National Association of Home Builders, Texas Association of Builders, Greater Houston Builders Association, National Kitchen and Bath Association. Keechi Creek Builders maintains an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

You will find Brandon in all aspects of the company from day-to-day activities to long term planning. He brings the vision and mission to Keechi Creek Builders. His passion for excellence in home& relationship building and forward thinking, combined with his experience and education differentiate him in a competitive marketplace.
Brandon has a B.S. AGSM in Engineering Business from Texas A&M University. He is very involved with the Greater Houston Builders Association and is the incoming Chairperson of the Custom Builders Council. Brandon has been recently recognized as one of the top 40 Under 40 Remodelers by Professional Remodeler, a nationally recognized industry publication.
Sheri founded Keechi Creek Builders with Brandon and maintains the financial direction and objectives of the company, as well as overseeing daily financial operations. If that wasn’t enough, Sheri also works full-time on a daily basis in a non-related industry.
Sheri has a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems and graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University.
As a third-generation carpenter, Tommy brings a mix of care and craftsmanship to his role as Project Manager. He orchestrates the on-site activity of his projects using the knowledge, flexibility, and strength that comes with 30 years of field experience in the building industry. A team player, he loves bringing a plan from the drawings on a page to the reality of a site, and building meaningful relationships with co-workers, tradesmen and clients alike.
Tommy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Texas, and has been published many times in local and national media, including The Houston Chronicle, Remodeling Magazine, and Professional Remodeler.
